Ok so I just got an 07 Ram 1500 5.7 Mega Cab and I want/ need to do some changes mainly to get better mileage and of course more power never hurts lol. Now I knew what I was getting into with the 5.7 Mega Cab as far as gas mileage but in wondering if any of these would help and if so what would you suggest? exhaust system or even just a different muffler, programing chip, cold air intake, tonneau cover, or anything else.

More power and better MPG are mutually exclusive. Really there are no add-ons that can improve MPG, at least significantly otherwise the manufacturers woul include them to pursue federally mandated MPG improvements. The only proven methos for better fuel economy are driving habits, keeping your vehicle maintained, proper tire inflation and not driving around with unnecessary added weight.
