Just bought this truck and it needs new front brakes and rotors.
2005 Ram 2500 5.7 v8 SB 4wd with a lift with front and back winches and brake assist
The bad ones do not have heavy duty/towing drilled/slotted holes in them.
If I install new Power Stop Z36 rotors and brake pads, do I need to also buy the new calipers or
is it OK to use the old ones that are already on there?
If I do not install new calipers, is there a bigger chance of something horrible happening during the install?
Wrong parts, parts don't fit the new rotor or brake pads, missing hardware, etc.
This will be the first time that I will install these things on a beast like this.
Thanks
