Rough Country has a solid reputation so I'm sure you can't go wrong with that kit. However I don't believe it comes with shock extensions, you may want to look into getting some or even new longer shocks.Ok, thanks, I am thinking of getting this http://www.roughcountry.com/dodge-leveling-lift-kit-7578.html it looks like it is metal. It is only $78. Thanks for the help so far guys.
You can run the kit without extensions and I'm sure many people do but you run the risk of maxing out the absorbers. It's really not an issue on roads aside from pot holes but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable with stretched out absorbers.I read that some people do them without shock extensions? What would be good shocks, some bilstiens? And by shocks, do you mean shock absorbers or longer springs? Also I read that you can get dodge 2500 shocks and they are the right length for 2 inch level, that is the same year, 2wd, and regular cab, correct?
