I always read ppl saying dont get that unless your doing head work, etc. Like for instance id like to get the 90mm TB and progressively down the line upgrade to those things, is it a problem to do those things? like id like to get the arh 1 7/8 instead of 3/4 but ppl say they dont get those because they arent doing cam work. I jus twant to know if theyre are any issues with such installations. thanks

You need the supporting mods to see the full potential (or in some cases any potential) of the main mod in question.
As an example, exhaust systems. If you have 2" stock piping and you just replace the muffler with a 3" one while leaving the 2" piping. It will still work, you probably wont notice anything as far as gains until you replace the piping with 3" to match the muffler and to allow for more flow (assuming that you can utilize the larger diameter).

Or replacing your cam with one that has more lift and duration but not replacing your valve springs. You could probably run it, but you would never be able to see it's potential until the springs are replaced so you don't float a valve.
