2018 Ram 1500 4door Big Horn-24000miles. Yesterday started truck, radio was silent. Changed the station on dash and word for about 5 second and silent again. Switched station again, worked for about 10 seconds and silent once more. After that, all radio controls no longer worked on dash or on steering wheel, also phone didn't work on bluetooth, or with the cable. All other options worked (cruise control, A/C, etc.) pulled over and shut truck down to see if it would 'reset' anything, but didn't work. Got home, and about four hours later started truck up again and everything worked fine I did a reset to factory setting just in case, then changed everything to my personal settings. This morning on way to work everything worked fine again. Anyone have this happen? About two weeks ago, the cruise controls buttons didn't work, so I blew some canned air in the controls and has been fine since. I wonder if its a coincidence or nothing do do with one another.

Hi rodria,
We understand why this may be concerning. If this continues to happen and you decide to have your dealer address this, please send our team a private message and we would be happy to have this documented and looked into further!
