The truck lives in Ontario

The Navigation-Radio was ordered from the factory.

The system has the latest software update installed.

The traffic only works sometimes. Not working again.

The surround sound is not working. It has the Alpine upgrade from the factory.

You turn on surround and it switches back to OFF within a few seconds.

Very expensive radio for it not to work perfectly.

Dealer says that a replacement with be a refurbished unit. Not happy that it will not be replaced with a new unit.

It took my dealer 3 radios and a antenna to make mine work properly.

Trust me, you`re much better off with the refurbished unit. It beats the hell outta gettin another brand new one (3 times in a row) with the same problem(s). The refurbished unit will have been very recently updated, new ones sittin on the shelf waiting for months at a time to be installed, not so good... those that sit, waiting to be sold, wont have the latest update.
