I have a 2014 Express. Small screen. Bench seat with the flip up console. Went to turn truck on and no power going to radio (black screen) or console for the usb or other hookups. Fuses are good. What else could be the issue? Any tips or tricks? Thanks!

There is an in-line fuse that will cause the screen to be blank. It was a known issue. I believe it's located under the hood (I may be wrong). Do a search as it was discussed here in the past.
