Hi - New to forum - Anyone have problems with the lid on the Rambox? - Whenever you touch the top lid it feels like tine glass chards embed in your skin. Can take days to get rid of them.

Its the glass fibre reinforcing in the plastic. Mine is the same way. Mine faded though, and i tried to restore it with some black plastic restorer - which involved "buffing" in the cream to the plastic. After that, I obviously scrubbed off the surface nice and smooth. No problem since. Plastic faded again after about 3 months of summer, so if I keep going that route, it should stay smooth. I've also priced replacement caps and they are pretty cheap, though....

Yes, last 2 trucks (2012 and 2018) both had Ram Boxes like tiny fiberglass splinters , I am going to try the buffing technique as well .
