Large display radio running 17.11.07 software randomly changes stations on SXM, FM & any connected device.. Seemed to be worse at higher altitudes (RMNP), but still occuring randomly at lower altitudes in hotter conditions. Steering wheel control buttions seem to be functioning normally & don't appear to be sticking, damaged or abused. Same with touch-screen. Any ideas on where to start looking?
Thanks in advance.

It happened to me twice, but only the SXM stations. I thought I was having flashbacks from my Grateful Dead days in the 70's. I changed them back, then they change back to the original from before. I gave up.

Hi John,

Although I cannot give any technical advice, we'd be glad to look more into this and escalate to a Uconnect specialist for further assistance is necessary.

I haven't had this type of issue on my 8.4N UConnect, but I do seem to remember something similar happening on my 5.0 UConnect on my old truck. I found there was some updates available for my radio on the UConnect website. I downloaded and installed them via a USB stick.

I have a 2014 Limited with the radio that comes with the Limited trim (don't know the number). For the past four months, my SXM and FM stations have been randomly bouncing to adjacent channels. At first it seemed like it happened when I would hit small bumps / expansion joints in the road. Now it happens all of the time. I have an extended warranty; shouldn't this be covered?
