Right now I have stock manifolds, gutted cats, and a 3" 1-chamber Flowmaster dumped over the axle.

Just ordered another 1-chamber and an X-pipe, gonna cut the exhaust right before the factory crimped Y-pipe and place the X after that a few inches, then and the other muffler and dump it over the axle as well. Been thinking of doing headers, but maybe this'll get me by in the mean time. I've been looking at '10+ megacab dually 4x4's and just keep my '05 for a work truck.

Got my parts in yesterday, buddy at the muffler shop is gonna call me if he can squeeze me in this afternoon sometime.

Got my duals done today, went with 2.5" and didn't use the 3" x-pipe I bought. Sounds good up until around 3000rpm then gets raspy. Nothing like the singe 1-chamber setup I've had. Maybe an x in the pipes will help with the rasp? I got them to cut off the factory crimped Y and run the duals from there back and dump 3" tailpipes over the axle.
