Has anyone used the Bilstein coil springs that raise the rear by 1 inch? If so, are they better or worse than stock springs? Firmer or softer? Any input is appreciated.

Anything is better than stock :), i don't have those nor i've never used them but i know people who use them and they're happy with them. Bilstein part# 36-286539

You also have Eibach 1" springs, part# E30-27-001-02-02

Both will be firmer than stock but in a good way.no harsh riding with any of them.

I’ve got them. They did raise my crew cab about an inch in the rear as stated.
they are farrrr better then the stock coils. Much firmer. But not in a bad uncomfortable ride. And I found them on Rockauto for $165! Can’t beat that!
