rear speaker change out

Have 2500 club cab. (2nd gen). Trying to switch out rear speakers. Unable to remove seat belt adjuster nob in order to remove trim panel. Anyone with similar experience? Any tips?

Youtube. A1Auto should have a step by step video. They did for my 06 Ram. I bet that have one for your style Ram as well. It really helped me change out my speakers.
