rear window swap

I pulled a rear slider from a local you pull yard during the summer. Cost 50.00 other than the latch is broken for the slider. It wasnt to hard to cut the old glue out with the wire cutter.

Id like to save the money and install my self, not sure were you would get the black glue from?

Any ideas on were you can find the glue or what it is?
