might be tempurature related. Mine won't start sometimes of the climate or engine is too warm.

You will know if this is the case if you only here 1 honk when you hit the auto starter.
Have you ever replaced the battery in the key fob since it was new...?
The EVIC should display what the problem was when you get into the truck. What did it say?

it did say "auto start aborted" but i did not see the reason. maybe i got into the truck too late

battery has not been changed but everything else works and the EVIC says auto start aborted
sounds like a temp issue then, mine said the same thing the other night, it was warm outside.

I did some digging around, if you have your heater on to blow warm air when cold, heated seats on and heated steering wheel, if the outside temp is warm the truck will not autostart. Just the same in eht Summer of the truck is set to A/C and seats are on, and the temp is cool the truck will not start either.

did you hit the remote start again? if you get 1 horn honk, then the truck will not start on remote start.

Dodge did this to prevent issues and catostrohic failures and burn downs.

try this - turn the inside heater fan speed to off, and then retry the remote starter.
and just like that, remote start operational again. trucks too smart for me i guess
