I purchased aftermarket runningboards to install on my 2019 crew cab. They are supposed to be bolts/studs that are factory installed along the driver side and passenger side to lock the runningboards onto. I’ve watched demonstration videos showing the same thing on the 2019 ram on my truck does not have them. Any suggestions on what I should do?

any luck? I am considering the same thing. I can have a trailer/hitch guy do them for $350 or buy and do them myself...
Is there a difference in the "Classic" body style vs the new body style - might that be your issue?

just watched a video - guessing you have the classic style. There are holes in the body you fish bolts through. (apologies for the obvious gimmick of the girl in tight clothes doing auto work) you can see in the first video below @ 6:33 he mentions the "classic" and from there you see him fishing the bolts through the holes

BUT in this

you see at 1:30 he has the bolts already there... I have that as well on mine - the "new" body style
