Service 4wheel drive and check engine light

1331 2
The last couple cold morning (-2f) I get the "service 4wheel drive" light coming on, and a couple times I wasn't even in 4x4? Once I shut the truck and start up again it goes away and all is fine.

This morning I had it come on and the check engine light, but the check engine light will not shut off. It's driving OK, and all gauges show normal, perhaps a sensor?

It goes into the dealer tomorrow, and I had the sevice 4wheel drive light go on last year on a cold morning but the dealer couldn't find anything wrong?

Just wonder if others had this happen :4-dontknow:

I'm guessing with the check engine light on, you threw out some sort of code that can be retrieved, which will help with diagnostics

good luck
