My problems, with 4x4 and all, are exactly like what you are describing. Did you ever find a solution?

Have you brought it back to the stealership? Covered under warranty?
You made my day with the word "stealership" it's good to see people have character and humor under these stressful circumstances. If it's not the motor or transmission it's not covered under the powertrain warranty, and for some reason 2016 only has 3 yr or 36k miles warranty.
I'm having "check ABS system" "check antilock brakes" "front sensor" too many lights to list but they're all related to abs and sensors, Of course the 2016 shitwaranty won't cover this, because I have 37k miles now, that's bull-:poop: I'll try to post what the "stealership" says and charges to fix this high dollar JUNK!!! The price of this truck cost what a house cost when I was a child, I'm sick of this crapola, "build it cheap as possible and sell it for as much as possible. It's not "reliable" anymore. I feel like ranting for an hour but it won't fix this "Shitola" I bought

Yesterday when I started up my truck everything was normal. I went to academy and came out and when I started it back up reverse image search email checker port checker big warning lights came on saying " service electronic braking system" and "service trailer brake system" Has anyone else had these lights pop up on their dash? My truck only has 2300 miles on it. Today the lights go on and off about every other time I drive it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
the box under the hood. My truck was doing this 2 years ago (2014 CC). ALL, yes ALL of my fuses were not completely seated. ALL of them were exactly the same height, but were not pressed down in all the way.

Mark,

I am still troubleshooting. Had the truck put on a scanner to determine which wheelspeed sensor it was. Replaced the left rear, still have same issues. Next step take apart the hub and clean where the wheelspeed sensor reads? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you for the follow up, Drew. I completely understand! Unfortunately as our team here is not mechanically trained, we are unable to speculate on vehicle concerns. If you do work with your dealer, I am happy to get you set up with additional support for that.

Try an alignment with a reset of the steering angle sensor. I just went through 2 months of having this similar problem then thought back in time about getting new tires and an alignment. Dealership kept trying to flash the abs mod, but that only lasted the trip home. Went back to the place that did the alignment this morning, front right was only slightly off but “shouldn’t affect the steering angle sensor” but drove it all day after codes were cleared and haven’t had the problem

Is your steering wheel straight??????
The alignment bar causes all of these problems. A common problem with this light is peoples steering wheel is turned or even upside-down

Probably your steering angle sensor. My alignment wad off by 0.2 degrees and all those lights showed up. Once I got an alignmrnt done they magically disappeared. (Might be an issue if you recently put new tires on).

Yes I’ve had that along with “svc 4wd”, “CF!” Trailer disconnect and remote start not working. After over month of research and diagnostics no could figure it out. Dealership ran their diagnostics and nothing showing any indication for the lights. Finally decided to take in for a tune up(thinking it’s a loose line or sensor somewhere). Found out that the speed sensor circuit had been cut. The insulation that covers the wire had worn out and exposed the wires and with debris and gunk, it had cut off

I had the “Service electronic braking system” light come on 2 days ago and it went off almost right away. Took it in to the dealership and the code was stored in the trucks computer. They replaced the hydraulic and electric components of the ABS module (under warranty luckily). This is on my 2017 1500 sport 5.7

My wife’s 2014 1500 has had so many lights and issues it’s hard to keep track. Service air suspension and service trailer brake system are both currently on again. Previously I’ve gotten by with numerous fuse replacements and once was told we needed to replace the whole system of airlines cause of a tiny leak before dealership could even look into actual issue. Oh and I cut and spliced the line two years ago costing me $1.80 with no new leak. This time I’ve checked every fuse three times and we are at 39degrees. Normally most problems occur below 20 degrees with this set up. I’m at a loss this time and I can’t take this piss poor suspension anymore, I’m finally going for conversion kit to dump this air crap. Maybe I can use it where it will do good like in my sons fish tank

Yeah my thoughts exactly. So I checked the two front sensors with an ohm meter, not 100% sure what I’m looking for and google doesn’t seem to be helping either. Anyway the two sensors actually read different. Right was showing 6.1 megohm or 6100 ohms and it’s not changing when I spin the wheel. The left side showed .453 megohm and changes between that and infinite as I spin the wheel. I’m thinking right side sensor but still not completely sure.
I am in the same situation with both messages coming on (1500 4WD w/147k). I started by checking the speed sensors on all four corners. With DMM I measured about 5.6k on all if the leads were connected one way, and 0.5k (if I recall the number correctly) when the leads were switched. So I am thinking that is not my problem. I only tried the spin test on the rear wheels however could not get the wheels to turn fast enough to generate any voltage. Not sure why the sensors measure differently with the polarity change (I would have thought that they were simply coils of fine copper wire but must be something different).

i'd get that checked ASAP.
you have a leveling kit therefore Any hard corning maneuver or holes in the roadway has the possibility to throw out the alignment. Traction Control could be saying one thing to the computer but no other system in the vehicles computer is saying what the traction control system is throwing down.

it sound like a wiring hardness or MTC. it also be in you TIRM but I ll start by disconnecting the harness from each of those clean them and reconnect them. do that and then hard clear the system by disconnecting the battery . good luck
