I'm having problems with the proper shocks for my 2005 1500 Lone Star package Ram. I called the dealer today and the vin number gave part numbers for shocks that will not cross refrence to anything at the carparts stores in town. Has anyone else had this issue? If so where should I go to get replacements? The dealership is just too overpriced, but if that's the only place I can get proper replacements I guess I have no choice.:4-dontknow:

I would do bilsteins over stock shocks. I've had them on two different trucks and highly recommend them. They give you better ride. You won't be disappointed with them.
