Does It Whistle?

I have tried two different aftermarket universal antennas and the both have whistled once you broke about 60mph... I just want a black antenna that does make any noise, I left my OEM one on the ground at the car wash and do not want to replace with another silver one

this looks like the same one I have! But I got mine off ebay from AntennaX. Mines the 13" "offroad" antenna. I love the look of it!
