Shorty Antenna

So I picked up one of those short antennas to replace the stock silver one. Opinions please, is it too short or does it look okay ? Reception is okay for local stations however more distant ones are not as good, don't really care that much since I listen to my hard-drive or Ipod most of the time anyway.

When I first put my short antenna on it looked a little strange at first. The more I look at it, the more I like it. Yours looks like a good addition!

Thanks Brad, I got it off Ebay. The seller ID was mangowalk.

I think it looks great ! I installed a 9" one on mine and I felt the same way, but like you said, the more you look at it, the better it looks.

Thanks Randall! I'm trying to decide whether to go with a shorty or a full length black. I am one of the few that actually uses the FM radio, but our local stations are few, and for the most part don't have the programming I'm interested in, so am usually tuned to a Winnipeg or Regina Station. I figure the full length will be needed for that.

However, that shorty looks SOOOOO GOOOOOOD! :smileup:

Thanks. Mine is actually an 8" one and from sitting in the drivers seat I can hardle see the top of it. I does take some getting use to but I'm really starting to like it now.
