Just bought me a sweet 2006 Dodge Ram 1500.....Problem is, is that I need to get it inspected and one of the headlights isn't working....Passenger side works when bright but not low beam.....bought new bulbs and everything....Anybody got any ideas????

I know about the whole volt meter thing, so I am gonna try that, but can one of the other bulbs being burnt out cause it to not work???
