2 days into a 2-week vacaction, the driver's window on my truck starts making a loud squeeeeeak going up or down. It almost sounds like it might be the glass against hard rubber, but I can't be positive; it sounds like it may be coming from the front edge. It doesn't do it 100% of the time, but enough to be quite annoying.
Looking for any suggestions that don't involve taking the door apart (I have a few tools with me, and access to a NAPA store, but prefer not to spend time on that...). Is there anything that I might try to run down the channels at the front and rear edges to quiet it down?

Spray the channels down with silicone spray and then work the windows up and down a few times. You will have to clean the glass afterwards but it works.

Yup what he said, but do it once in a while to all the rubbers and stuff.
