So from the day I bought my RAM I always had a hard tonneau cover on it, so the bed rail stake pockets were always covered. I changed covers and got a roll-up and wondered apart from the Truxedo covers, has anyone found a stake pocket cover that sits flush with the plastic bed rail cover?

No. I found plastic inserts that were about 1/8 thick. I needed up getting the mopar black push-up hooks, about as flush as your going to get (at least from what I have seen/found).

The mopar ones. You may have to cut out the holes on top of the bed walls, they are preforated though. I just got mine after I install Ill add a pic. It looks like they are going to be flush though.

Go to www.truxedo.com and see if they have what you might want. The ones I got from them are not all the way flush but close.
