I have a 2002 Ram 1500 and back in 2006 it started with the dreaded cracking so in 07' I smoothed it out and got read of the top pocket and covered it with grey leather and some 3d flames. I put a Double Din DVD player in and painted the radio bezel, also replaced all the dash lights with blue L.E.D.'s, and put some 3d flames into the stock side mirror's.

Now I'm in the process of redoing the radio bezel(because I broke it) and the front of the dash with some A/C vent from a 2006 f-150 lariat(because the factory vents have cracked an broken on me for the last time) and I'm going to two tone it with blue alligator and grey leather. Also started putting my TV's into my sun visors.

Here are some pictures of my so called progress:

Then I wrapped it with the alligator and put it together, and the airbag is done. let me know what y'all think!

These last two were taken with flash so they look more like it does outside.

It was one I found on ebay but it overlapped so I cut it down and molded it in, to make it look more lick stock.
