So im thinking of getting a touch screen stereo for my 2007 1500. I was wondering can I just buy a faceplate that would have come with the model that had the touch screen/gps? That way I wouldn't have to fill in where the volume nob is. Also if that does work any suggestions on what to get? I was gonna get a kenwood but they said id need to buy a special bracket.
