Hey everyone. I have a 2010 sport with the 20" tire. It's time to replace them and I'm wondering what everyones 2 cents are. I been looking at the Firestone Destinations and Goodyear Silent Armours, just for examples. I've had the Goodyears before and I was happy with them, but I have heard of the recalls and not to mention, they are a bit pricey. I want something more agressive than the stock "M+S" (I use that term loosely...) but I don't want a full on mud tire 'cause most of my driving is on-road, and I would like to keep the MPG's as high as possible. Any suggestions? Any hidden gems I should know about? Here is my criteria:

-Stock size (or close to it)
-Decent tread
-Cheaper rather than expensive
-Avaliable in Canada

Any suggestions or experiences will be apreciated. Thanks in advance!

Haven't had em, but I wanted the Silent Armors for mine, just costed too much for me. Heard good things. BFG All Terrains or Nitto TerraGrapplers seem to be a rather popular choice for the money. I went with Michelins (LTZ I think) they get good mileage, but they aren't worth a hoot for traction in 2wd. 4wd, I've never gotten stuck with them, and no noise. They look a lot like the stock Wranglers, but in OWL.

Check Nitto tires, I know I see alot of people here using them. I know they are about half the price of the BF Goodrich TA/KOs ..which is my choice once spring rolls around. I figure it will be a good purchase for the look I want and fitment.

Thanks for the ideas. I got a price on the Cooper's, seem to be decently priced too, only about $200 more than the Firestones. I know on my last truck I considered Firestones but they didn't have a good tread wear rating, I'll have to do more research on the Coopers...Gotta love this new-fangled thing called the "inter-web". Keep your sugestions coming, apreciate it!
