From what I know this means my tailight is going out. my front blinker doesnt even work unless I turn my lights on thats what confuses me. well if anyone knows anything that would be helpful that would be greatly appreciated. thanks again!

Your front bulb is a dual filament, and the higher of the two is burnt out, causing the fast turn signal.....get a new front bulb

Check the fuses for the both the front light and tail light. this also might cause the problem

Yes, to answer your question. A bad bulb, socket, or wire opposite the one that is blinking fast will cause it to blink fast (opposite meaning front to rear).

On older vehicles, i always replaced the stock FLASHER with a Heavy Duty flasher, the lights would operate normally when a single bulb burnt out for any reason
