I accidentally stumbled upon a throttle body mod that consist of grinding something off the throttle body. What exactly would the grinding do? Where do I grind? Would it affect my plans of istalling a throttle body spacer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, o have a 99 ram with a 318 5.2

Look under cheap mods 2 he gets into good detail with pic. The basic idea is improve air flow, throttle response it. Comes with inceced intake noise but from what has been sed gains out weigh the cost.
