Yeah merry christmas. Went a christmas party in town and there was only street parking. After finally finding a spot on the corner that would fit a quad cab long bed I flipped the towing mirror in and am really glad I did now. I'd be alot more pissed of about it if I didn't have to re-bedline te flares anyway. It's just the idea that makes me mad!

I'm very thankful that it didn't get the mirror or even any paint.
It's only gonna cost $20 maybe and a weekend of work in the spring to fix luckily and I was gonna redo them anyway

That just sucks, sorry to see that man. Guess the thing I'm wondering here is, how the heck did they do that, it's awful high but yeah, glad they didn't take out your mirror!

Well it's 43" from the ground to the bottom of the flare, I just went outside and measured the mirror on my moms ford edge and it's 45" from the ground which is about right where it's at

Well there are plenty of others on that side to go with it! I've done a good bit of body work to that side and was down to two dents and some painting from when her dad owned the truck

Not to long back a work truck was going down my street, had wood sticking out the back right corner of the bed, just enough to take out every full size truck mirror across the road from my place

That was a costly day for my neighbors, i saw it happen but i didn't get the plate numbers
I was in state of shock that the people in the truck just kept going

Obviously someone is trying to encourage you get the re-work done sooner.

But seriously, that really sucks, even if you had planned to redo them anyway.

I would have had them redone but won't have the right weather to paint till spring

Street parking SUCKS !!! I don't like to park my truck on the street in front of my house if I don't have to.

The more I think about it the more mad I get. I hadn't put much thought into Repainting them before since I can till spring but after taking a look at then I'm going to have to sand them really well. It didn't get into the actual flare but bedliner is not easy to sand
Really sucks because it'll be the third time painting then. Worst of all I don't even really like them but pa state troopers say I need then
