I called Chrysler because I have been unable to get a factory build sheet for my vehicle by email. Long story short, they were only sending me recall information, so I decided to call the customer care number associated with my case number and find out why they aren't responding, as directed in the other thread.

So I get a call back, stating that they could not email it, but were willing to fax it or mail it. I chose the mail option, and verified my info. Before the rep hung up, he asked me how I liked my truck.

I told him I love it but the maintenance cost seems a little high for the fluid capacity. I asked him, jokingly, if they could give me some free service, as I was sent a free factory oil change when I bought the truck.

He gave me a free oil change service contract! I logged into the owner's site, and see it attached to my VIN number! Sweet!

Chrysler has made me a very very happy camper! Just another reason why I'm glad I bought Ram!

That's awesome man!! I do all my changes myself, but if they would do it for free I would definitely bring it to them.

The dealer that I purchased my Ram from gives free lifetime oil changes and tire rotations. They do the oil changes every 3k miles and rotations every 6k miles. If you bring the filter it's free, if the dealer provides the filter it is 6 dollars. Oh yeah, there's plus a small disposal fee also.
