I called Chrysler because I have been unable to get a factory build sheet for my vehicle by email. Long story short, they were only sending me recall information, so I decided to call the customer care number associated with my case number and find out why they aren't responding, as directed in the other thread.
So I get a call back, stating that they could not email it, but were willing to fax it or mail it. I chose the mail option, and verified my info. Before the rep hung up, he asked me how I liked my truck.
I told him I love it but the maintenance cost seems a little high for the fluid capacity. I asked him, jokingly, if they could give me some free service, as I was sent a free factory oil change when I bought the truck.
He gave me a free oil change service contract! I logged into the owner's site, and see it attached to my VIN number! Sweet!
Chrysler has made me a very very happy camper! Just another reason why I'm glad I bought Ram!
