I'm putting bilstein 5100's in the front on my 2014 ram 1500 express single cab short box, I'm thinking of setting them at 2.1" maybe 2.8" I'm not sure yet. I'm going to run 17x9 rims with -6mm offset. What would be the biggest tire I can run at 2.1" and the biggest if I set them too 2.8"?

35's will fit no problem, if your not gonna lift anymore a set of 305 70 17's will look good.if you have stock 20's keep em and put a 275/65 on there, 34" looks good leveled.

mine here with 315/70/17's on 2.8 bilstiens

Thanks, so you are running the 315/70r17 tires with just the bilsteins at 2.8? Do you have any rubbing at all? Also what is the offset of those rims. Are they +2 or 0?

rims are 17x9 +2mm offset...no rubbing anywhere , but i wouldnt go any bigger than needed on tires.i only had this setup for about a week then i put on the bodylift and ended up with a 4" lift....35's look great on a 4" lift.
