TLC communication on orders
I am new on this forum please delete if this question is not allowed.
How many others have ordered from (TLC) Total Load Control?
How well was there communication with shipping?
I have placed a ordered with Total Load Control and there has been no follow up communication from them stating order was proceed and shipped out!
When I called today to check on my order status I spoke to there operator (Karren) and provided her my order number to her she said that she would have someone check and call me back.
Still know communication.
Email- sent 6/24-no response.
Call -6/26 Operator response only. She is not able update on order shipment?
