To everyone who has a 6" Procomp lift kit, can you tell me if your truck is setup the same. I was changing my rims and tires since winter is pretty much over (fingers crossed) and noticed that my springs are slanted to the front some. I think it's a bit normal because the truck is higher, but where everything is bolted down to the axle looks like it could be leaning forward some to straigten everything out. Like where the bump stops are (when the truck compresses down the bump stops only touch half the plate. Can anyone tell me if this is the same on their truck. Trying to figure out why it's like that and what could be done to fix it. If the arms would be adjustable i feel like it would be fixed but not the case.

Lol yeah it should definately line up straight that's for sure. When i got home this weekend i'm gonna drop the axle as much as i can (jack up the rear body) and try to spin the springs 180, as i think that will help some of it cause they are not sitting the right way. But it still doesn't fix my axle being slanted, the only way i think to fix this would be to have a bit shorter top arm and a bit long bottom arm to straighten everything out. But the question is why the hell is it like this in the first place, i don't understand. If anyone could snap some pics of their procomp lift on a 4th gen would be awsome just to compare and troubleshoot. I sent Procomp an email, i'll see if I get a reply and send them pictures.

I just went out and looked at mine. I have the pro comp lift and even the same airbags. Mine is comepletely straight. Dont know what would cause yours to be off like that. Sorry I'm not much help
Thanks, yeah i'm not sure either, I looked at it close again today and the only thing i can see is the top are on both sides is a lil too long, which doesn't make sense because it's stock part. I'm still scratching my head at this, emailed procomp but of course no reply. Next thing ill do is go measure the top arm on another truck and compare with mine. Everything is bolt on for the kit and nothing is adjustable so i can't see why it's like that.
