Not yet you don't. You're still 4 gears, 150 HP, and 75 lb ft deficient. :gy:

I've toyed with the idea of an E charger, but you can't really beat the simplicity and longevity of NA, and its a truck so durability and reliability are the priorities.

If I wanted to go fast I'd have bought a car:box:
I'll show all you hemi lovers the power of a good ol small block mopar! Those gears won't save you from crushingly superior TQ output!

Hopefully you have something to protect your driveshafts, t case, and diffs from all that torque.

Have seen pics from a few of the members here who have done that mod. I like it, but it is not applicable to me with a reg cab.
My son has a ceramic blue ram 1500, mentioned it to him but he likes the tape as it helps keep his rugrats fingerprints to a minimum.

I have a red sport and now I am wondering if mine would look better with red paint exposed. Has there been an instance of someone taking it off only to find it not painted or paint in bad shape?
Here's a thread with a pic that may give you an idea:

I have not heard of anyone finding their door unpainted under the tape and the tape protects the paint underneath so unless it was painted incorrectly at the factory I can't imagine running into any issues there.

Well now that I saw that red 1500 without the tape, I have to do this when the weather gets better.

Thanks.

Ya I don't want my truck looking like a 3rd gen. Bought a brand new one in 03. This 4th gen is a way better truck than my 03.
I agree. 4th gen is so much better.
