So I've been checking out this forum for a long time but this is my first post. I have a 2010 Ram 1500 sport and am lookin to make it unique, starting with the engine and exhaust. I want to know what everyone thinks would be the top three cold air intakes, exhaust, and programmer or chip. To start off my mods I was thinking a magnaflow Mufflex 18"... I need help makin up my mind on the rest. Thanks!!!!

That Mufflex is a great idea.

I have a Vararam AirGrabber, if I didn't get that I would go Volant or Airaid

Would you like to put cams in your truck later? if so I would suggest you go with diablo. Nice first 3 mods.

Prolly no cams. Wanna stick to a budget and do most of it myself

I would go with Volant for CAI heard good things about them, I went AFE Stage 2 (got a good deal from a buddy) and been really impressed by it. Either way you go, get a "Stage 2" type CAI or better, as it replaces the top of the stock airbxox dramitically increasing air flow. Really screams when you punch it!

As for mufflex 18" it would be a moderate sounding improvement with 14" being more aggresive, i went 14" it has a little drone (which i dont notice anymore lol) on the highway and reasonably quiet at idle but barks really nice.

Watched your videos and was like D*** that's quick. Then I realized your speedo is in KPH. Your truck is still quick though.

The mods on mine are K&N CAI, Borla Turbo XL, and a Diablosport Trinity tune. I'm not sure about your year model, but the Trinity does not have a CAI tune for my 09 Ram. I read on there site that the trucks do not lean out the way the cars do and do not benefit from a CAI tune.
