I bought the Mopar tow hooks through the dealership, you could likely find them cheaper

The dealer popped out my bumper insert
installed the hooks
trimmed insert to fit

The after market ones are sort of Flimsy

It's a really easy install and one of my first mods. It says that they will not work on the sport however all that is needed is to trim out the holes on the front fascia, just like GTYankee's pic shows. The mounting brackets are already there, just remove two bolts and add one that comes with the tow hooks. Definitely a worthwhile mod to do. Price is around $150 from the dealer.

Does that part number for the 2011 contain all the parts that are needed for a sport?

Super easy mod and it adds a nice look. I just bought the tow hook bumper insert for like $12 instead of trimming.

Yea definately go with oem tow hook. They have everything needed to install them on any model. You can get them from various online stores if you dont want to get them from the dealer.

The OEM tow hook kit comes with the hooks and bolts to attach to the existing holes.
Since yo have a Big Horn, you do not need to cut out the bumper insert, you can purchase the insert from Dodge. Installation is a snap. :)

I found a set of new take-offs on eBay for $95 shipped. Took me literally an hour from start to finish in 25 degree weather here in WI. I didn't remove the bumper insert, just took a dremel tool to cut the holes out. Didn't need to jack the truck up either.
