Hello, I need help troubleshooting trailer blinkers and brake lights.
2014 RAM 3500 Crew Cab LB DRW Tradesman

1. Truck lights work
2. Trailer tail lights and brakes work
3. All trailer lights work connected to different truck 7pin.
4. Both 20A fuses are good on truck (53 and 81)
5. Both truck connection bumper and bed have low voltage on left and right turn pin, 1.5V and 6-9V respectively.

I cannot find relay. I have read relay is in tipm. Some say tipm can be reset. Some say tipm has to be replaced. Any recommendations?

I am towing 5th wheel RV full time with wife and kids. Any advice to safely travel i.e. temporary lights?

TIPM is gone in the gen 4 trucks, replaced by the bcm.

All the trailer circuits are controlled by relays in the BCM, underhood driver's side fender.

Since your testing has isolated the possible issue to your truck, I would start looking for connector corrosion, there is a connector under chassis to the 7-way also.

I'm assuming your number 2 is on a different truck.

Try taking the same voltage measurements using a different ground.

Do you have a link to BCM information?
