Just got a light saying my light electric trailer brakes are disconnected.Checked everywhere for loose or disconnected plugs,cant find anything.Any suggestions? thanks for any advice

Check all the pins on your trailer connection. I've had it before where a clip is bent over in the trailer connector so it doesn't connect properly.

Brandonjansen makes a good suggestion. Only suggestion I would make is to squirt some contact cleaner on the male and female sides.

I am not hooked up to anything.got in my truck,turned the key.,and got a message...lite electricTrailer brake disconnected....service trailer brake...haven't pulled anything since april when I put my boatin the water
