Recently inherited a 2019 Ram 1500 classic tradesman. 5.7 hemi. 4x2 regular cab 8 foot box. Has the analog radio. No touch screen, no uconnect. Twice now, in 3 days, i have hopped in to find a dead battery. Tested the battery after i got it started. Perfect. Tested the alternator. No issues.

The first time, I figured it was operator error. I sat in the truck for almost 2 hours on acc and it was dead. Today, I drove around 180 miles. Stopped and started at my destination with no issue. Got home and parked. 8 hours later, I leave for work and it is dead again. Anyone have an idea whats pulling power?

Did you ever find the drain? I would approach this by disconnecting the battery positive cable and insert a 12v test light between the cable and battery post. If there is current flowing the bulb should light although may be dim. Then pull the fuses one at a time and see which fuse makes the light go out. Put the fuse back in if the light remains on and go to the next fuse.
If you already found the drain let us know what you found and how you found it.

I am interested as well. I have a 2019 ram 1500 Laramie. I got my truck in October 2018. In Feb 2020 I had to get the battery replaced (Dealership would not cover under warranty since I have over millage). Just last weekend I had to replace the battery again (under warranty from Napa, original place I got the battery in 2020). I am just wondering if it is just bad luck with batteries or do I have a slow drain somewhere? I do have a led light strip in the bed of the truck that I connected to the tow hitch harness. Although it is off, wonder if that could be it? The led lights are only used once or twice a month at night.
