So the poll is pretty self explanaetry, my basis for the poll is my experience's from my last 18 months of my new life in Alberta & my own transformation from Indie rock and Hot Hatched to Horses, Jeeps, Trucks and country music.:4-dontknow:

Ah yes, sirrus, Father in law has Sirius, 58 & 59, highway and roadhouse if I remember yes? They play both types of music (country and western LoL)

I have no problems listening to Country at all however I do like the Sirus radio when listening.....

I'm waiting for sirius and xm to completely merge so I can get the nashville channel. Apparently it's only available on XM? Anyways, my sirius is set to the highway and fm is the 3 local country stations.

Being that I'm also an Alberta convert, I love my country, but I don't limit myself to it since I love classic rock, hard rock, and metal. Rarely will my Sirius be on the country stations as they don't regularly play the stuff I normally listen to, plus, my stereo can make almost anything sound good, even new pop music.

While I do enjoy some C&W songs I am a die hard rocker. Everybody has their own taste in music and thank goodness there is lots of it on Serius.

From ND, can't stand that music. It was even proven that people with higher suicidal tendencies listen to it! Don't want to kill myself.

Although I primarily listen to country, I can't stand the new "pop" country. I'll listen to any good music, even some rap, rock, etc. I also like "oldies" a lot, but they get old as I've been hearing the same songs for the past 20 years...when will the oldies stations get some new material!!!! lol
