Here's the deal...I have a '93 d150 with a 5.2, I drive it to and from work which is about 3.5 miles each way and it drives perfect. I took it on a trek today and it drove for about 20min or about 20 miles and it started shaking/vibrating badly and lost power then died. I towed it home and it started fine. My question is what could be causing this besides the O2 sensor which was replaced. Any input is appreciated.

Vacuum leaks, ASI motor. Ignition coil or pickup in distributor. Did you get check engine light? If so or even not check codes. Turn ignition on and off 3 times do not start just turn it on and off. After 3rd leave it in run the light will flash 2 digit code. Example 12 will be 1 flash, pause then 2 flash pause. The end code or no codes will be 55 five flashes pause then 5 flashes

Then you should if you find code other then 12 or 55 be able to look it up now if your truck didn't come with a/c it will give you a false code about a/c clutch I can't remember what it is but you can ignore that one.
