Tsb 18 046 11

Just picked up my 2011 Express today at dealer, they did an oil change and tsb 18 046 11 ,on the way home seems like truck has more power(maybe its me ,cause I was driving my wifes kia soul before going to dealer) but really it seems to shift differently and a little more power from a standstill,anyone familiar with this tsb????

18 means VEHICLE PERFORMANCE
11 of course means 2011

I can't find a 046

Thanks I really dont know where to look it up,but the papers do say 18 046 11
