Wish I could just download the damn thing. Never had this problem before, but that damn "downloader" they make you use will not work for me this time.

I had the same problem took forever and with their tech to finally do it. I finally discovered that the version of firefox I was using was incompatable with their downloader.

Also turn off any antivirus or malware software that you have running.

Yeah, I did all that. I even tried a different computer...3 browsers....it will just not work....

Finally found a combo that worked...lol

My oldest laptop running XP and used Firefox Ver 3.5.8.....

i updated mine 2 days ago and it now reads the text messages from my iPhone 5s and it displays the album cover of the music you listen to when connected via usb

haha really? your truck must of came with the update. I've had my truck for a little over a year and this is my first radio update
