I want to know why we are getting ripped off when it comes to warranty.....in the US you guys and gals are referring to what is a standard powertrain warranty, 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty, north of the border, from new, we get 5 years or 100,000 kilometer warranty, that's 63,000 miles! What a rip......:doh:

Ya, it doesn't seem right. I don't think Dodge/Chrysler is the only company to do this sort of thing though.

I guess the bigger market drives bigger competition or we're just to damned polite!

Seems to me Chrysler doesnt care, because we just keep buying there products. I am quite interested in a Ram, but refuse to buy one until the warranty is the same here in Canada. Too polite? We have our heads in the sand. On average we Canadians pay 14% more for everything, and for that premium, you would think we would at least get the same warranty. Not from Chrysler.
