So I have been noticing that there are a lot of Ram owners here in VA. There is a Tilted Kilt in Colonial Heights, VA. Its like Hooters but with Irish theme. The ladies wear short skirts and tight tops. It is family oriented so if you want to bring your family thats fine as well. So how about a meet at Tilted Kilt? From VA Beach it is about two hours here. Newport News is about an hour and a half. I see the Rams around here in Richmond/ Colonial Heights all the time. I propose the 25th of August at 1:00pm. That way its not to early for the partiers the night before and not to late as well. They have good food and drinks as well. There is plenty room for parking and if enough show up and we run out well we can park in the grass I guess. If anyone has any ideas to make this better or a better location then post it. This is the addres for the Tilted Kilt. 2070 Waterside Rd Prince George, VA 23875. Also if anyone is into photography bring your camera so we can post some pics to the Z. If not well I'll be using the Iphone as normal. Hope to see more than myself there and if only a couple of us show up that is better than none. Also if you want or need more info you can send me a pm on here and I will give you my email or cell. Hope to see you there.

Tilted Kilt Rules!!!!!! :pepper:

I've been to two of them one in Denver, CO and the other in Waterfield, CT (I think that is the name of the town).

They have good food there. Just don't get the sea food. It's not that great.

A good time will be had by all trust me on this one.:pepper::ura1::beerchug::rockon:

I'm up for that...as soon as I heard about their new VA site on another thread I headed out there with the SRT the previous Sunday. Bit of a hike from where I live but the beer, food and atmosphere are excellent.

Anyone coming in from 295 be careful though as the county sheriff has a well known speed trap for the mile before this exit.

Car wash at Tilted kilt.

@ SJP211xRT and Jim, I was driving by there today on the home from work. They had two talented females advertising a car wash. I almost had a detour just for some pics. I'll ask if we can schedule one of those for the 25th also. Im headed there for dinner tonight with the wife. I'll get a pic not as good as that SRT:Wow1: but I'll try. Im going to make up a couple flyers for around post and see if anyone bites as well. There are at least three more white crew cabs and a buddy of mine has one. See if I can get some of the 2500 and 3500 guys rounded up also. See ya later.

Sounds good. Just watch out with the car wash thing. A member in CT went to something like that and got his paint job all messed up because they didn't know how to take care of the micro fiber towels they were using to dry off the cars and trucks that were being washed.

Ouch. We ended up driving the wifes new Avenger. Was going to get the same spot but it was taken. There was a gray SRT sitting just a few spots down with a what looked to be functional hood. Could have been used for ram air but I have no idea what set up he was running.

Dayum. I would love to make the trip to this. But I'll be coming back from FL that day. I used to go to school in NN and now home in Fredericksburg area so Colonial Heights isn't a bad trip at all. I guess next time :( Let us know if you plan another one in VA

Will do gone fishing. Jim I started to get a pic and my wife pulled the card of lets go. I got the look. So I agreed. I had to be nice since she agreed to go there. Yes I had a good time. Love that place. I made up some little flyers to hand out to the Rams I see around. So maybe locals will show also. Jim you need to come down with a cold so you can make the drive down. But family is definitely more important.

It was very nice of your wife to be a good sport about going. Too bad about the pic.

Making up the flyer is a good idea.

The cold I don't need, but as a lot of people know family is important and this cousin was named after my grandfather so it makes it more important that I attend his birthday party.

Also, I have a feeling this will not be the only event held at this location so I have hopes of making the next one.

Yes, not many get to carry an important name as such. I just recently started my family tree. I would love to name a son Daniel. He was one of my family's who founded Bowmantown,TN.

Maybe you could name a son Daniel. You never know and then you could take him to the Tilted Kilt.
