I did this on mine and determined the leak is coming from under the roof molding! The worst of my leaks was the rear cab pressure vents, 2nd was the third brake light and now it's above the left pillar!

So there are breaks in the roof under the trim?

Yes there's a factory seam under the molding where the unside panel welds to the roof, also the top clip that holds the windshield reveal molding was rusty and the rivet that holds it is not set properly all I could do is clean it up and try to seal it, The only way to replace the clip and rivet is to pull the windshield do to limited space.
