Weak airflow out of vents

I don't seem to have any problems. Granted, I live in Ohio, but I can feel and hear a difference in fan speed between high and low.
I always thought these big cabs heat up better than they cool down... just my personal opinion. Might have to take it to a shop to see if the fan is bad?
