Besides the styling ques on the outside is there any other difference? ie on a Vette the Z06 (and many other cars) they get better intake & exhaust, gearing is more aggressive, suspension and of coarse styling ques etc. I'm just curious if it's something like that or just the good looks;)

I know for sure the muffler is a little louder. I think the seats may be a little different to. Then obviously the outside has color matched bumpers and the rims are different.

I'm thinking it's the color matched bumpers and grill along with available higher trim package options and projector head lamp assemblies.

The Sport level trim differences from other model are appearance based. Not performance based.

I've got allot of what you described on my loaded big horn. The biggest way I tell the difference is in the grill. The express looks just like the sport minus the mirrors and the grill. Hard to tell when you see them going down the road. High back buckets only available on sport. Cooled seats and you can get keyless go. That's not all the difference but it's some.
