2015 2wd RC.

I've noticed lately that from a stopped position and slowly reversing with the front wheels turned (left or right) I hear a "metallic clicking" sound coming from the front end. Initially I thought the clicking was caused by a rock stuck in the tread....but I'm not so sure now as its happened multiple times.

Anyone have any ideas as to the cause?

Hi KNTDRV,
I see that you are currently reaching out to other forum users for advice. If you decide to have your dealership address your concern, you may send us a private message where we will be able to assist you while your truck is being serviced.

Did you remove any of your front rims, or rotate them recently? If so, did you check the torque once you reinstalled them?

I have a 2015 Tradesman Quad Cab, 4WD 3.6L, with 96k miles. I bought it a few months ago, and noticed this from day 1.
It's kind of like a creaking, but it makes clicking noises instead. Sounds to me like it's right near the wheel face, so maybe caliper, or something in that area.
I have no idea what it is either.

Update: The "clicking" sound is no longer present and I've done nothing to remedy the situation. It might have simply been some stones stuck in the tread the have dis-lodged themselves.

TripleJackInGA.....I hope yours is a simple fix.
