I've got a 1999 dodge ram 5.2 with 215k. I've had everything else replaced trans transfer case and rear end. I'm looking for more power and I know I won't get it from my current motor in its age. I was thinking of swapping it to a rebuilt 5.9 with so e upgrades. Any suggestions on upgrades for the 5.9? Should I just rebuild my 5.2 and put some upgrades on that? Which motor will give me more power?

If you have the money to buy a rebuilt 5.9 that would be the better option if you're going for HP, they're worse on gas though.
The 5.2 produces 230 HP with 300 ft pounds.

The 360 is a better truck engine than a 318.
